What kind of Blu-ray cases do you use?
Each Blu-ray comes in a standard case, housed within a premium slipcover featuring UV gloss and spot finishes for a collector-grade presentation. Every release will also come with a full 16-24 page booklet.

How long do orders take to ship? 

Orders take around 2-5 business days to be fulfilled. We have partnered with DHL Express to provide fast, reliable, and fully trackable shipping. Orders are carefully packed  and dispatched from our warehouse to ensure they arrive safely and in excellent condition.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery every step of the way.

What is your returns policy?
All sales are final and we cannot accept returns due to change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged or faulty, we’ll gladly send you a replacement — no hassle.

Do you undertake film restoration?
Yes! In partnership with BESPOKE Film, we’ve already completed 3 full restorations, working from original camera negatives or prints. We're committed to rescuing and preserving forgotten cult Japanese cinema for future generations.
